KIN ACCOUNT HELP

Request account deletion

To request deletion of your Kin account and associated data, email sweet.kandy@gmail.com with the subject “Kin account deletion request”.

  1. Send the request from the email address associated with your Kin account, if you can.
  2. Include the app name and identify that you want your Kin account deleted. If you cannot access your account email, explain that in your request.
  3. We will need to verify account ownership before processing the request. Do not send passwords or one-time sign-in codes.

Shared account scope

Kin Teen, Kin Elderly, Kin Kids, Kin Pets and Kin Events share a Kin account. Account deletion concerns that shared account, not just one installed app. Uninstalling an app does not delete your account. Submitting a request does not itself complete deletion.

Subscriptions

Manage or cancel any subscription separately through the store where you purchased it.

Do not submit account details or deletion requests through public GitHub issues.
